Shehab Alzobaidi
Principal Engineer, P.E.
Shehab is the licensed civil engineer who built Engco from the ground up. He sets the technical standard for every project that leaves the office and signs off on the engineering work the company stakes its name on. You’ll find him at his desk reviewing plans, not in a corner office.
Waqas Ahmed
Managing Partner
Waqas runs Engco day to day and is the person clients actually talk to. He scopes new projects, coordinates the teams behind the scenes, and stays accountable from the first conversation to the final walkthrough. Fifteen years in construction management means he’s seen what goes wrong and knows how to keep it from happening.
Shawki Alammari
Field Operations Manager
Shawki is the eyes and ears on every job site, making sure all work is executed in line with engineering designs and client specifications. He leads his own field team and serves as the direct point of contact between clients and the crews bringing each project to life.

Joseph Smith
Senior Civil Engineer
Joseph leads engineering on Engco’s largest commercial and infrastructure projects. With 12 years across site development, stormwater management, and regulatory compliance, he’s the one we put in front of the work where the stakes and the scope are highest. Precision and cost discipline are non-negotiables for him.
Shehab Albaadani
Engineering Manager
Shehab runs the engineering team. He assigns the work, reviews the drawings, and keeps every engineer accountable to deadlines and quality standards. Nothing leaves the office without going past him first, which is why our deliverables show up clean and our permits clear the first time.
Joe Daniels
Civil Engineer
Joe is a civil engineer working across Engco’s residential and commercial projects. He handles design work, coordinates with the field team on constructability, and stays close to the details that decide whether a project goes smoothly or not. Practical, accurate, and reliable on the drawings he produces.
Ruben Dedman
Technology Lead
Ruben handles the technology side of Engco. With 12 years in IT, automation, and infrastructure, he builds the internal tools and workflows that keep the engineers and field teams moving. From AI integrations to systems that cut hours of busywork, he’s the reason the rest of the company can focus on the actual job.
Talal Al-Lahabi
Civil Design Engineer
Talal brings 5 years of experience in structural design and site supervision, with strong command of AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, and Robot Structural Analysis. He’s especially skilled in septic system design and thrives in fast moving, technical environments.
Mohammed Morshed
Civil Design Engineer
With over 5 years of experience, Mohammed specializes in reinforced concrete and steel structures as well as water and wastewater infrastructure. His project specific approach makes sure every design is both technically sound and tailored to the job.
Aziz Yafai
Software Engineer & Systems Operations
Aziz keeps the team running smoothly by managing internal tools, systems, and workflows so every engineer and staff member has what they need to do their best work. He also supports operations broadly while developing his technical foundation in civil engineering.
Jasmin Ortiz
Accounting & Client Relations
Jasmin handles bookkeeping, financial organization, and client facing communication, keeping Engco’s financials in order while making sure clients feel informed and supported throughout the process.
Syed Suhel
Marketing & Technology
Syed manages Engco’s digital presence and advertising, making sure the company is well represented and reaches the right audiences. From tech infrastructure to marketing campaigns, he’s the person making sure Engco gets found and looks good doing it.
